Shayla is an apprentice in Digital Art and Marketing for The Symmes Group. She is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at Georgia Southern University. With a passion that began at a young age, Shayla has continuously improved and further developed her design talents to become more adept and creative in this field. Through years of experience as a small business Retail Operations Associate, she has also honed excellent skills in customer service and problem-solving. 

Shayla exercises her talents at The Symmes Group with social media design and management; crafting captivating branding kits and logos; and creating eye-catching promotional materials such as invitations, flyers, posters, and other graphics. One of her key strengths includes her ability to integrate writing and information organization into her designs. This approach ensures that her creations are not only aesthetically pleasing but also effectively communicating. 

Shayla’s journey in graphic design began early when she actively contributed her skills to local facilities and churches. There, she created flyers and event announcements both for social media and print materials. This early involvement showcases her commitment to making a positive impact through her passion and talents.

Alongside participating in school and devoting time to serving our clients, Shayla loves spending time with friends and family, as well as serving at her church by pouring herself into the next generation through her singing and her leadership.
